As a modernizing nation, Thailand is boosting its economy by increasing the level of education of itsworkforce. The Thai Ministry of Education and royal family are reforming the system with new pedagogical methods. Wat Pathumwanaram School, in the heart of Bangkok, is looking for ways to implement hands-on education using its hydroponic garden. The project team began this implementation withhands-on activitiesfor hydroponics booths at a school educational fair. The team also developed a school hydroponics club and tested improvements to the garden.
